To Register for a tour with Blue Skies, please fill out the form below:

1. Read the waiver below and agree by checking the box and typing your name.

2. Fill out the registration form below.

   After you submit the form, we will receive an email with your registration information. We will review this information and confirm it with you. If you are registering with your phone, when you input your birthday year - click on the 2026 and you can scroll to your birth year.

3. Send a $75.00 non refundable deposit check to:

   Blue Skies Travel Tours, 488 Western Ave., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

   Please note: If you are sending your check within three weeks before the full payment is due, please pay your entire balance before the final due date.

4. If you decide to purchase the travel confident insurance plan, please note that if you purchase the plan within 14 days of the date of your initial deposit, you will be eligible for a Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion.

5. After your deposit check has been received, you will receive a confirmation email which will secure your spot for the tour.
